Be In Shape

I watched some fights this past weekend and saw a couple of fighters out of shape. They had love handles and got winded during their bouts. And I talking about professional full time athletes. This makes no sense to me. If you are serious about what you do, you will prepare properly (especially if it's your job). Your conditioning is your number one weapon. If you get tired, nothing will work for you. You won't be able to throw your combinations and you won't be able to stop your opponent's. So, do the right things and keep yourself in shape. Remember, "Fatigue makes cowards of men".

Master's Judo Highlight

Master's Judo is for athletes over 30. As you all know, I currently compete as in the Master's M4 category (ages 45-49). It provides me a competitve outlet and I am having fun improving as a judo player. I came across a highlight of master athletes in action and it's really cool.
